March 7th 2017 - Sullivan County

March 7th 2017 was a showery cold drizzly day. Perfect for photographing waterfalls. My first stop was Mineral Springs falls, just south of World"s End State Park's boundary.. After a quick and odd lunch at the Forksville General Store and Restaurant. (No hamburgers until the truck arrives on Thursday) I made the hike into Cottonwood Falls which is within the park.

At the park office I was advised the Cottonwood Falls was easy to find - "just follow the green blazes" - "very well marked". The trail was well marked and easily followed until I came to the fork in the trail where the green blazes went both left and right.. I chose to go left - wrong answer! However I did eventually find the falls.
