Round Island Run Falls

Round Island Run Falls is located on Round Island Run and is a one mile hike in from a State Forest road of the same name. Located in Clinton County and within the Sproul State Forest. Locals sometimes refer to this waterfall as Triple Falls.

Debra and I made the hike to the Falls on November 5th 2017. This was a chilly, rainy, very wet day with thunder rumbling in the distance. Round Island Run Falls is enclosed by a large thick grove of rhododendron. This makes for a very scenic location. One can actually climb up behind the top Fall and look out through the water as it tumbles.
