Lower Dutchman Falls is at the juncture of Dutchman Run and the Loyalsock Creek in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. Debra and I visited on a cold blustery day in Mid-May 2016. We actually encountered several heavy snow squals while here!

A moderatly steep 1/4 mile rocky trail leads from the parking area to the falls. A final steep scramble leads past the Upper Dutchman Falls and ends at the Lower Falls.
