The Falls on the
Wykoff Branch of Trout Run

I belong to a hunting camp in north central Pennsylvania. In mid - April 2017 my friend Scott Deno and myself along with several other camp members were in camp for the opening day of trout season. One member told me about some waterfalls not too far from camp. This was news to me and of course we had to take a look.
​
We found a 3 tiered set of small falls on the Wycoff Branch of Trout Run. These falls are unusual in that both the top fall and the middle fall are partially obscured from view by very large vertically tilted, flat, slab-like boulders. One can actually peek behind the top boulder and see the base of the top falls as it splashes from a ten foot drop. As far as I know the falls have no official name. I have self named them "Peek-A-Boo Falls"

These falls are visible from Wycoff Road in the Sproul State Forest which is in the very northwest corner of Clinton County. Scott and I enjoyed exploring the area. Take a look at what we found.

The middle fall slides down an 8 foot drop,
also partially hidden by a boulder slab.
The lower falls is a slide over falls totaling about a 6 foot drop.
