Heading 1
This Bull Moose we nicknamed "Sidewinder" because he was very interested in sidewinding up to the Cow Moose pictured on the right.

Grizzly Bear Encounter in the Absorakas
Debra and I encountered a group of deer hunters sitting around a campfire beside their camper. They explained that they had seen a grizzly bear nearby and pointed us in the direction the bear was heading. Staying in our vehicle we went searching and I was able to get some images of the bear as he worked his way upstream. This was a very large very wild male grizzly and very exciting to see. I wish my camera had been working better.
